I replaced my blower motor and regulator a few years ago. This winter the rain was really bad and I fell victim to the plugged up drainage issue which leaked water all into the passenger side. I was able to fix that by cleaning out the draining but then my blower started acting up and eventually not working at all. I removed the assembly and it was covered it crap, dirt leaves, in the coils eveyrthing. I thoughy well I'll just replace the assembly for 100 bucks and be on my way. This didn't work this time. I checked fuses 29 and 41 which I think are related to the blower motor and they're fine. I checked voltage on the little white wire when the fan speeds are adjusted and they adjust well also. The main purple/red wire however that I think is supposed to be a constant is showing 0 volts. So I think this may be the problem just not sure where to trace it too. I hear about a relay somewhere but when i check the diagrams for the relay box behind the engine bay fuse box it doesn't seem like there is a blower motor relay in there. Any ideas?

Guess that was an easy fix. As a reminder, always check at least once a year the drain pipes to avoid flooding problems. Check more often if the vehicle is parked under trees where leaves and crud fall down on the air ventilation grilles

yeah. The problem is when you don’t know about it at all at first. It’s such a strange thing to even be possible
