Cant find a detailed list of the differences between the two. Things like axel set up and suspension as well as drive train and what not.

You guys... hahaha!
If you go to the mbusa website, it has a comparison tool. But if you want details with pics or images you'll have to dig and research deeper. I can't even find a side by side pic of both exhaust systems, one with the performance exhaust and without, and thats just for the same car, c43.

C43 does not have a Race Start function.

Biggest single difference is RWD vs AWD and driving characteristics. This one should be your primary consideration when cross shopping the two models.
Trannny/Drivetrain: C43 is 9g+ w/ 4 matic. There is no LSD, slip is regulated via torque vectoring. C63 is 7sp MCT with mechanical LSD or e-locker LSD (e-locker only on the S model).
Steering: The designs are very similar. There is minimal difference here.
Suspension: The C63 sedan is stiffer, others have reported that the coupe is more compliant but this is subjective and anecdotal. Suspensions on C43 sedan vs coupe are identical.
Brakes: Braking performance is similar for C43/C63 when equipped with standard brakes. The std system on the C63 is a little beefier to handle the extra weight. The C63 has an optional upgrade for carbon ceramic brakes. They are a substantial performance upgrade at a premium price.
Exhaust: V8 got the bass, V6 has the growl but not the thunder. Performance exhaust option is available for both models.
Engine: V8 or V6. S model V8 is tuned at factory for improved HP/TQ.
Body: C63 has more aggressive body kit. C63 also has slightly wider track and longer wheelbase.
Appearance options: There are different wheel combos available for both models.
Interior: There are some differences in the interior colors between models.

I was seriously considering a CPO C63 coupe, and ended up going with a C350 coupe instead for one specific reason, and that was the 4matic. It's my daily driver, and in the northeast, that means crappy winter weather, so having a high hp, rwd isn't ideal.
Now that the C43 is available as an awd model, I'll probably pick up on in a year or so and then put a tune on it, and be extremely happy. Add some winter tires and rims, and it'll be perfect.
