Not a fan of the "louder" options but definitely a nice looking product.

Question though: I really want a larger paddle just like you have there, what is involved with replacing those? I've not craned my head around the backside of my wheel yet but I presume from feeling around that the hardware is NOT accessible from the back side.

All you need is a size 25 hexagonal screw and some patience,it's a direct one for one replacement for your AMG paddles (have to strip the airbag,trims,buttons) to be able to do the swap.
