I'm having problems on my C43 where the front right passenger sensor is doing a full (red) warning randomly with absolutely nothing nearby.

I've cleaned the "dots" on the front grill and black vent area, but it's still randomly triggering.

Is there another sensor somewhere that might be dirty which I'm missing? (I don't have my manual handy..)

Is there anything on the car around the area of the sensor? I had an issue with a slightly bent front license plate that caused my parking sensor to trip on my BMW.

Nope. Nothing on the front bumper areas. Seems there may be additional sensors under the bumper which need a glance.
