Price Negotiation - What to Expect
Hi all,
I am interested in perhaps custom ordering a 2018 C43 Coupe and after creating the build I'm interested in, the total comes to about 61-62k.
Anyways, I am hoping (emphasis on hoping here) that I could hit around 10% off MSRP on a custom order.
What do you guys think? Realistic?

That depends on a lot of factors:
- where in the US you are
- your negotiating skills
- how wide you've thrown your net
- and a bunch of other things
Negotiate hard but fairly and who knows you might achieve your goal.

I was able to get 10% off on a 2018 custom order. Part of it though includes a fleet discount. They were willing to give me close to the discount of a 2017 on the lot though for my order.

yes, and no.. on the lot, end of year or model year yes I think one can always negotiate best pricing, but doing a custom order, it doesn't always take away a saleable car or allotment from the dealership, it's just extra sales so mights as well give a decent deal. Also, you can much more easily shop around for best discount on a special order as you're not stuck with whatever car/options are on the lot.

My plan: Selenite Grey with Saddle Brown leather; premium, premium plus, LED light package, intelligent drive package, sport package, artico dash.

remember to check if you can qualify for any "fleet" type of discount. things like united airlines, delta airlines frequent flyer status, some companies and bank relationships offer the same, it can be between 1500-5000$ per car ON TOP of any discount you negotiate.
