Two plugs per cylinder
I read somewhere that the C43 takes two plugs per cylinder, if so, why?

Plus, what is the preferred motor oil weight, 5-30 to 5-40 depending on climate?

Don't know about the plugs but oil is in your handbook. Read it, it's got lots of useful info and makes good toilet reading.

Don't own a C43 yet, it's on my shopping list and I am here doing research!

Oil is Mobile 1, 0-40wt that meets MB Spec 229.5 (called euro spec oil) Available at Wally Mart.. or pay out the butt at MB dealer :-) I can't help with Spark Plugs but I don't believe it's a dual spark head..

You can download the handbook thru the Mercedes Guides app which doesn't seem to work on my Sony Z5P ATM but does on my Z Tablet. YMMV.

The w205 has 1 plug per, you must be reading about the w204 c43
