Wet or Waterless Wash

I just bought a supply of Aero Cosmetics "Wet or Waterless Wash" from Amazon and am having it shipped. Am wondering if this is an acceptable product to use on a new C43 Coupe. It comes highly reviewed and with testimonials and none of the reviews seem to be fake. Is non-abrasive and not recommended for older cars trying to restore shine.

Here is the listing for my '13 Durango which I traded in for my '14 GL450 CPO. The Durango was never waxed in 4.5 years. Just took it to the local car wash and used Dri-Wash about once every 3 months.
