So today my gas tank was empty, I go to the gas station like I normally do. I fill up for $58 for about 17 gallons.
I get on the freeway, look at my gas gauge and there are 3 bars. I exit, go back to the gas station. First thought, the gas pump wasn't dispensing. Attendant checked and it works and dispensed gas. Now the only explanation would be the pump or fuel gauge isn't working??? He tells me to come on Tuesday to talk to the manager, I took a bunch of videos and photos so I can take it to MB Service as well. But I'm pretty sure it's my car cause I've had issues with my command center acting up twice before. (MAYBE I HAVE A LEMON??)
Has anyone experienced this before?
I'm going to add random photos/videos I took while pumping/driving via snapchat and instagram. Excuse whatever I'm saying in the video.
did you try to fill the gas tank again!? if it shuts off...or you make it spill you'll know that your tank is full. At that point, drive it over to the dealership and raise the issue...likely the tank sensor failed.
