Are there people that have both options? Seems a bit stupid to have acoustic glas when you have the performance exhaust, because then you lose a bit of the benefit of the sound of it.

Just want to know if some people have those and what there opinions are.

I might be missing something but is acoustic glass a standard feature or option?

I don't recall an option for acoustic glass.

Hi, I have both options on my C43. The exhaust is so loud and the sound also comes mostly from the back of the car, it's absolutely no problem at all. I don't know how much different the noise from wind and tyres are with the acoustic glass, probably it's not even noticeable most of the time...

There is a guy down the street with a GLC 43 coupe or whateve with exhaustr and when he leaves and comes home from work it sounds like the tazmanian devil is tearing up the street.

I would go for the acoustic glass to shut out other ambient sounds. I think if anything you might hear more of your own car but perhaps less of the way your exhaust is interacting and reverberating with your environment, making you feel less guilty about the noise pollution you are causing, This in turn will make you look more confident in your car, because you will be oblivious to the rediculous noise you are causing. That is my theory. It also will assist the Burmester if you get it.

I want me some acoustic glass!

Maybe just me,but if the noise is so loud it annoys the driver enough to get the acoustic glass, then what's that say about respecting your neighbors?

I have acoustic glass option in my GLE,but no exhaust noise enhancements.

Yeah,I'm old & half deaf. (old fart syndrome)
