I came outside after working 2 days after Christmas to find that someone backed into the rear of my C43. Destroying my RW carbon spoiler the trunk and most likely the bumper. Has anyone had experience trying to get insurance for some modifications you had made yourself? I don’t care about the minor vinyl and painted badges but I really don’t want to rebuy that $359 spoiler.
Anyone with tips or expertise in this please let me know.

Damn! That sucks! I just learned the hard way that there's actually additional coverage possible to cover aftermarket parts. Unfortunately I didn't have it so a was out of luck.

Those rotten *******s, they new they hit a beautiful car but didn't do the right thing and just drove away.
Karma will get them eventually.
