2017 C43 Sedan comes with a dual clutch?
Hi Guys,
I am new to the forum, last month got a good deal on a leftover 2017 C43 sedan. Can someone help me understand if this vehicle comes with a dual clutch transmission or not?
Some say yes some say no........
Thank you,
Andy.

The 9G-Tronic is, howerver, a pretty amazing piece of engineering ... largely designed for efficiency. If you want to "geek out" a bit, have a look at this Mercedes whitepaper:

and/or the one I've attached:

It's a 9G-Tronic. It shifts fairly quickly. I think I must have gotten the same great deal as you because I had a friend who works at an MB dealership tell me to come check out a 2017 C43 Sedan back in December and it had been sitting on the lot for a while. He said it was a "dealer car" meaning it had been driven a little bit by the sales people and the owner of the dealership. It had 1000 miles on it when I got it but still seemed new enough to me. I didn't care. The lease offer was amazing though. 2 grand down and $499/month so I feel like these cars are a steal if you are lucky enough to find a dealer that has too many of them. It was the fully loaded version and I'm really happy. Much better than my old Audi S4 and BMW 335i. The only dumb stuff that everyone already talks about are the auto stop which resets after turning off the engine, the stupid shifter that is more like a turn signal, the giant glued on ipad and stupid controller for it, and the fact that everyone says it's not a real AMG. It's fast so it's fine for what I need in SF. You see them everywhere. It's my first Mercedes and I'm happy with the brand.
