Yes pretty much all tunes are well documented on this site. Do some searching and see for yourself.

I'd suggest down pipes and a tune, seems like the best way to increase trap speeds by ~+ 10 mph over stock.

Congratulations on the car! As sliq said do a search. There are a few mod threads in here. It all depends on what you're looking for...speed, cosmetics, or both.

I've been running OE's stage 2 software and Weistec's downpipes (required for stage 2) for just over a year now. I have no complaints whatsoever. Car runs strong and hasn't had any hiccups. Pulls like a mother f**ker!

I also went with them over others at the time due to price. Holiday sale was like $800 out the door. Back then, they were at the same power levels as AMR. And Eurocharged hadn't really been established yet. Seems like both of them have been working on newer and more aggressive tunes. Haven't seen any real "proof" yet, just a couple of dyno sheets so who knows what's up. And I'm not sure what OE has been doing either, just thought I'd mention it. I'm very happy with my car, I know that for sure

Whatever you do, my suggestion is, stay a few hundred kms away from AMR. Speaking as a former customer.
