Soap that’s safe for black trims
I just learned that our black trims, like the ones around the windows, are susceptible to discolouration by soap that’s too harsh.
Does anyone have a true understanding of this and can recommend what to avoid (and possibly what to use)?

Automatic car washes are not recommended because of the harsh soaps they use since they need to be able to clean a wide range of cars/soil levels.
Any of the boutique or major brands will recommend a pH balanced soap. I use Chemical Guys, Adam's Polishes, and Meguiars.
