I have one on the way from China at the minute (not really a fan from pictures so more of a curiosity).

Will report back with quality/fitment/pictures when it arrives in a month or two

after looking at all the grill options, the diamonds are growing on me again. The urge to be different and mod is strong, but something about that vertical slats on our car doesnt seem right. I think our car is too narrow. the proportions are off. The new amg grill for facelift kinda looks like the buick grill. if i switched to one it would be the c43 facelift/c63 original grill. The diamond grill is unique. And I like that. The only thing I dont like is the fact the c300s are getting it.

Agreed. Just like when you wear a shirt with vertical stripes vs horizontal. Vertical striped will make you look taller/leaner while horizontal stripes will make you look shorter/wider.

Our cars are too narrow and this only makes the car look taller/narrower. I think the diamond grille or the simple w205 c63 grille are best suited for the car.

Love that panamerican grille on the GLC63, though. Looks perfect.

i agree as well. The diamond grill is quite beautiful, although it's not as aggressive. The more aggressive looking vertical grill looks great on the 2019 C63, but the 43 isn't as wide, so proportions are off. Overall, I think it's best to stick with diamonds and the fact that the C43 next year will get the current C63 grill is one of the reasons I bought a 2018 instead of waiting.

I voted Yes, but agree on the Buick comment! I had a Buick in my rear view the other day and thought the same thing. Too funny.

Can't comment on the fitment yet but I received the grille 9 days after placing my order on AliExpress.

First impressions are actually really good. The chroming and plastic are flawless and they even included the AMG badge which sticks on with 3M tape.

I have had a very bad experience with a chinese grille before (a C63 style one) that did not fit at all due to a bad design preventing the bumper latches from properly engaging. This grille certainly looks like it will fit just like OEM and does not suffer the same issue.

Will report back with how fitment goes after I get a spare few hours to get the bumper off. Included some close ups so you can get an idea of the quality yourself.

Oh and here's a quick and dirty mock up I did before buying.

Current grille is on top.

No photoshop this time... took me about 2 and a half hours to fit.

I would say fitment is about 92.5%, way better than the last Chinese grille I ordered.

Car is still sitting about an inch higher than normal as the suspension hasn't settled after being jacked up. Overall I am very happy with it

The lack of depth is definitely a downgrade. Love how the diamond concaves

Can you post some more pictures from a distance? I *think* I really like this, but I need some more perspective...
