Build date 8/3 silver arrow
My “silver arrow” c43 coupe has now been assigned a final build date of August the third.
Irridium silver
cranberry red leather
intelligent lights
all driver assist features
performance exhaust
ambient lighting
18” wheels (opted for a better ride)
ventillated and heated seats
should arrive in September

Yeah, I checked with mine as well and HUD is confirmed.
Perhaps they had a limited amount available initially and only the first few builds were able to secure the HUD it seems like.
Hopefully an issue doesnt arise later though. Fingers crossed.

Your build must be in the 3rd allocation, I'm trying to switch mine so I can get the HUD. I've never had it and the car I test drove had it. It was something I really liked. I'll have to wait an additional month though..

My SA called Mercedes about it yesterday, it appears the first 2 allocations will not have that option. Mine is currently scheduled for the second allocation.

Interesting point about allocation. My dealer is in Oklahoma City. My c43 is the first build they were allocated and the dealership is quite large selling 80 plus new Mercedes a month.

As of now, I'm in the second allocation. BTW all builds got pushed a month. So the first cars will be built the beginning of September.

I'm taking about the Sedan. I have been working with my dealer to get the HUD on my build. He informed me the builds have been pushed about a month. You are correct, starting August, not September.

Okay, got it. Im sorry to hear about the delay. Fingers crossed that lets you get the HUD though and things go smoothly from here.
The Sedans are built in Alabama I believe. That being said, it should mean a faster build and delivery.
Ive ordered the coupe, those get built in Germany. So yet to hear of any updates or changes.
Hope all our processes go smoothly though.

Well that's a bummer! I just emailed my dealer this morning let's see if they've heard the same for the sedans (my build was slated for September originally).

So I got a call from my dealer yesterday.. They swapped allocations with another dealer that has the HUD optioned. MY19 C43 will have the HUD and instrumental display options, Very Pumped! Now it just needs to be October...

Checked on mine (sedan), build date is still September and delivery end of October or early November estimated; still on track as far as they say no changes yet.
