New parts
several of the reviews of the new c class and c43 indicate as much as 50% of the revised cars is new including a new electrical system. I find this interesting. Has anyone read about this ??

Approximately 6,500 new components out of 11,000 it is claimed, are new.

It is also claimed to be one of the most expensive facelifts.

Seems they run out of money so changed the front lights and left the rears.

$55,250 is the base price for the sedan here in the US as noted on my purchase order for the MY19.

Bogus!

2019 DOGs outline the changes for the facelift. It's a facelift not a new model. "New electrical system" doesn't make any sense. C-class is not going to 48v for the w205/c205 generation. It's the CLS and the E that are going 48v with the CLS53 and E53 models. C class will not be going mild-hybrid until the w206 model debuts.

Just got a message from my sales agent. My car just got built!! VIN number was sent to me today as well.

Was initially scheduled to be built in the “first decade” of July.

If a plastic clip has a different shape or part model it's technically a new part. So, that's a couple thousands parts in the bumper covers alone. Just more marketing bull****.

That was a good video, looks like he went through about a quarter tank making it. You can tell he is very serious about driving when he gloves up, I wonder what he wears at the track.
