But someone from Europe on Instagram told me that there is a hole that needs to be drilled to complete the retrofit. Everything else fits perfectly

I found this one on amazon, obviously not OEM, but gives the dual round tailpipes: JC SPORTLINE fits Mercedes Benz W205 C200 C250 C300 C350 C400 Sport Sedan 4 Door 2015-2019 PP Rear Diffuser Bumper Lip + Exhaust Muffler Tip(Non Base)

Is it possible to use the FL diffuser on PL coupe but with 63 tips? I want a more aggressive diffuser but have always liked the square AMG tips better than the round ones.

i can get c63/c43 facelift diffusor parts if anyone is interested. parts come to around $1200-$1500USD + ship. ill post a thread later about the conversion.
