Navigation/Garmin question

I'm looking to buy the Garmin Map Pilot SD card. My question is if I install the Garmin SD card on my C-class, Can It be programmed to multiple C-classes?

No, works with one car.

My car didn't come with the Navigation pre-wired so I have to buy Garmin SD Card and install it onto the car so I have navigation. The dealer wants around $500 for a small chip or, you can get it from Ebay for about $140.
