C43 chassi stiffness?
I currently have a C300 Coupe, with the AMG line chassi.
For me that stiffness works well in my area.
I'm having problems finding a non facelifted C43 to testdrive so I thought I'd ask here, how stiff would you say it is in comparison?
I'm running 19" btw.
I just test drove a 2018 c43 coupe a few weeks ago. In comfort mode it felt very similar to a loaner C300 sedan with the AMG line that I was driving. I took it over some rough roads to test out the suspension. It was comfortable and not jarring over broken pavement. The c43 was running on 19" wheels. I have not driven any C300 coupes, only sedans.

I don’t think you are giving up much comfort going from 19 inch C300 sport to 19 inch C43 but it may depend on the tires. My C300 with Cinturado’s was just plain crashy even on 18s. C43 doesn’t pillow over bumps in comfort mode, but it is not crashy in any mode.
The catch is the Pirelli’s were just better performing tires. Better grip.
Frankly I think the 18 inch wheels are the way to go to mitigate the stiffness if you don’t have great roads. If you have smooth roads and are getting away with 19 inch runflats on the C300, you can probably get away with it on the C43.
I will probably switch to Michelins. Just my thoughts.
