Anyone else ever had this code? Turbo underboost

My car sometimes doesnt run perfect when you drive in the city for a while at low speed! when you throttle than it stutters a little! (Like the turbo’s has to wake up)
so bought the Carly app and gives me this error code!

CEL wont light up ?

Anyone now what this can be?

Might have a boost leak like I did. My intercooler to manifold hose completely disconnected and I never had a check engine light.

Pop the hood and have someone give the car small revs to spoil up the turbos, listen for a whistle if you don’t see any issues with the hoses

strange thing is that 0-60 is still good between 4 and 4.5 sec from standstill ...

think i have to visit the dealer
