Hard to say seeing as we havnt had many 2019s but from what I have read the 2019 is not nearly as loud as our cars because the car has "particle filters" in the exhaust to help with emissions.
If you watch ROKNR review you can tell the car is not as aggressive.

I've looked at so many videos of the 18's and 19's and the exhaust does have a noticeably different sound. Unfortunately for me it sounds quieter, and has less pops... 
But I love the new tail pipes... I'm going to need to find a way to modify the exhaust, no chip b/c of warranty, and I already have the performance exhaust, so I don't think I want to get a whole new AMR exhaust or something....

I've been driving an '18 for almost a year and just picked up my '19. I haven't let her rip yet in Sport+, so I can speak to the pops and bangs. But the general exhaust note on startup and in normal driving is practically identical to my ear.
