My drivers side was tricky I had to apply upwards lift at the same time as unscrew with pliers until the thred engaged. After a few rotations it was easy enough to Finnish with fingers.
Sorry night photo, but I ordered these of ALIexpress app/Web I'm happy although on the fronts after fully screwing they sit a little low and rest just below flush on lock. The rears are perfect c43 wagon.
Rear fully screwed in
Front unlocked not fully screwed in, just to my preferred hight

Fortunately the guy that was doing my ceramic coating for my car did mine.
He used pliers and brute force and turned by unscrewing with a towel over the door pins. Still wrecked the old door pins which I didnt care.

In hindsight, I may have not have changed it if I didnt notice it, but when I did, they looked to cheap and out of place of a sports car of that standard. Mind you I have a coupe. If I had a sedan I wouldnt have cared.
