Hi all. I just bought a 2019 C43 and I can't yet send a destination from my ME app to the Nav unit. My dealer says it may take 2 days but its still not working 48 hours later... Anyone have the same issue?

I'm guessing you have an iPhone

From your other post you do have iPhones which is the cause of your problem

On a serious note in the Mercedes Me applications settings the "Send Address via Bluetooth Toggle" needs to be off.

Same car, where in the app can you send a destination to the car?

Depends which phone your using as the iOS app differs slightly from the Android one.

But for android you you go on the application, top left corner (3 lines) then go to Mobility.

iOS would be at the bottom of the application the 2nd tab with the locator icon.

Get the Mercedes Companion app... it works better for that purpose
