M-B Roadside Assitance vs. AAA?
Who should I call?
I'm a AAA member with their basic roadside assistance service and now also eligible for M-B RA. The AAA's five-mile free tow limit caught me last year after a 30 mile tow, but I didn't have the M-B service then.
Now, with all the runflat failure talk, and with a 2,000 mile trip ahead of me, I'd like to be prepared to make the smart call if necessary. How does the M-B service work out in real world situations? Thanks.

you are correct as far as i know. i had one of those infamous runflat issues last summer on the way to the beach. MB RA towed my car to the nearest MB dealer, about an hour away, at no charge. i believe they may tow you to an independent shop, but will probably charge for that.
