I tried out the concierge service for the first time this morning and was really impressed. I didn't expect for it to work so well.

Pretty cool and useful to have. Nice little thing to show passengers too!

Here's a video of me testing it for the first time.

This is in the UK. US owners do you get this also? We get it for free without any extra changes.

On the spec sheet is was listed as
"preparation for concierge services"

They are listed as preparation because they all have to be activated via Mercedes me at the dealership when the car is collected/registered.

It's available in the pre facelift also. I have to tell you that even more importantly than that is the acccident detection feature. I was in a head on collision and immediately was contacted by a Mercedes rep that asked about my well being, identified my location and sent help.

That feature sounds really good. Thanks that's really good to know.

Sorry to hear about your accident mate, hope you are ok.

In the US, I found the service useless. I had to constantly spell street names cities, etc. and took me many minutes just to have them send me a simple navagation command; sometime it would take several attempts to get it to send. Waste of time IMO.
