I never really liked this material cause it is a PITA to maintain. I have used a leather steering wheel cover from the beginning to reduce the maintenance but I still could not save the 3 and 9 o'clock position. I have cleaned it twice before with the sonax alcantara cleaner and warm water and it went back to new condition, but the thrid time the 9 and 3 o'clock positions have begun lindting and looks super worn out. No idea what to do to fix it.
