do not take the baffle out of the air box

It is placed there to use the filter evenly, otherwise the air will go thought only front side of the filter and almost clean towards the back because air goes shortest path possible...

What he means is that if you remove the baffles, most of the air goes through only part of the filter instead of through the entire surface evenly.

Thanks for clarifying. I removed mine and didn’t notice anything different in terms of drivability. I only did it for a day.
