+ Paddle shifter sticking
I was driving my car today and my right side (+) paddle shifter became stuck after manually shifting to a new gear using the lower side of the paddle. I had to manually push it back into the resting position. I then tried shifting using the top side of the paddle and it shifted normally. On the next shift I pulled the lower side on the paddle and it stuck again. When I pull the top side of the paddle it resets the stuck shifter. I noticed there is a lot of play in the right side paddle compared to the left side paddle. My car is still under warranty but my closest dealership is over 2 hours away. Has anyone experienced this before? What was the solution?

Definitely a pain, but 3rd ring on the warranty bell. You're not required to visit Mercedes (or any manufacturer for that matter) for warranty work. It's the path of least resistance, but given your distance, it might be worth investigating a local independent shop to see if they're capable and you trust them.
