How to increase interior button light brightness

Got my C43 and whilst I'm loving it, one of the issues I'm having is how dim the interior cabin is at night. In particular the centre console is very poorly lit, and the button illumination really low.

I can use one of the book spotlights above to light everything up, but surely there must be a way to simply increase the centre console button brightness so I don't have to resort to using one of the top spotlights instead?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you tried the brightness fader? On the right side of the headlight switch.

Oops.. You said "whilst." So it's on the left of the switch.

As in the little jog wheel? I've tried that, but it only appears to adjust the brightness for the digital cockpit instrument cluster, not the buttons on the centre console.

Unfortunately the interior lighting is not very bright even with the brightness all the way up. I find the only color that has any real brightness to it is blue.

The color lighting is meant to act just as ambient lighting without causing an unnecessary glare when driving in the dark. I agree with you that while driving, I hardly notice the lighting (which I think works as intended) unless if I'm the passenger

Just curious, which part of the dashboard do you feel is unlit and you're unable to access easily when dark? Is it the A/C temperature controls or the buttons for various screens below or the ones in the center console area near the scroll wheel (Suspension, etc.)?
