So, I just got off the line with my SA about assyst plus not properly displaying the service interval.
My car passed the 10k mark about 100 days out from the year anniversary of owning/driving the car. When going into the assyst plus menu I only had 101 days until service message, no indication of miles at all.
I was reading online that MB cars had moved to a 15k service interval and the manual only refers to the assyst plus program to determine service intervals - no hard coded information I could find specific to the 2019+ MY.
Anyways, just a heads up for those who put miles on their cars.. I am now about 1,500 miles over and have the car being picked up tomorrow for service. I honestly still don't know what to believe but I'm moving forward with the first service regardless.

Your car goes up to 20,000KM.
When there is nothing to do and you are driving and the oil is good, you will see DAYS but when you get closing to service day it let you know how many KM you are drive.

In some cases it will display days left to the one full year if based on your driving and mileage it might not be reaching the service interval anytime soon.
If you drive a lot, then it will show the amount of miles to the next service.
Either way, service is required minimum once a year as oil in your engine does expire.
