Car triggered with a traction control off fault and limp mode action. Turns out it's the accelerator pedal. 95k 2016. Any one experience this? No warranty. Canada.

Have you tried disabling traction?

Try -
1. Sport or sport + traction mode button.
2. Enable dynometer mode in workshop

See if this helps out of limp mode.

Have not seen or heard of this before, might want to check the C300 forum too since its likely the same sensor.
Did you notice the car would drive different leading up to the fault?
Should be an easy and relatively inexpensive fix if its just the peddle/position sensor that went bad.
