Just wanted to share some pics of special air intake extension pieces that accommodate the longer front of the C63 when used on the C43 or C450 so that you can keep that factory look.

Not to everyone’s taste but this is what you need if want to do the C63 front conversion and keep the stock look in the engine bay.

So am I clear in assuming that this is related to changing the front bumper/fenders, and making the engine bay look stock after that change? Not sure what you meant by the c63 front conversion. I'm interested in those funnels that connect the grill to the air boxes, they seem to be a bit more gradual in their slop than those on the 43. Maybe they would flow air ever so slightly better.

I don’t think there’s any performance gain to be had at all. It’s just a means to connect the stock intake parts if you’re doing a C63 front end conversion. If you have an aftermarket air intake like BMS you won’t even need this.

Yes I'm sure if there was any gain it would be negligible, I'm just addicted to gains lol. I'm just not sure what a c63 front end conversion is actually replacing.
