Take it to the dealership. They can find out what's wrong. The key is the symbol above the word Malfunction. That's supposed to indicate which system has the malfunction, but I've never seen this symbol nor do I find it in the owner's manual.

That icon certainly is unique, I never saw it before.
The airbag light is also on too.
At first I thought it was the air suspension malfunction but I don't recall C43 having any air suspension as an option for pre-facelift nor did they offered it for the facelift you have. Then I actually realized it isn't the suspension icon as that icon is supposed to be a car with an arrow in the middle?
Two arrows pushing down on the tires makes me think of tire pressure but then it wouldn't throw an Malfunction service required error and the tire pressure icon should be a flat tire with an exclamation mark.
I thought the symbols are universal for all makes and models but it looks like this one is uniquely in MBs or just not a common one or maybe I am looking at the wrong section of the user manual.
