Turbo whistle
With the recent nicer weather here, I have been driving at times with the windows down and am noticing the turbo whistle. Now I am not sure if it's simply because I started to drive with the windows open and just hearing it now because of the that or if something else is up. A boost leak maybe...or maybe it's just normal.
Anyone else hearing the whistle with their windows down?

Yes it's the 2019.
I have the BMS intake so hard to say, but this car does weird things with the BPV opening even at throttle.. I'm leaning towards this is just how the factory ECU is tuned, but could be a boost leak at low RPM low throttle position. Do you have the facelift? I think the newer models have a 50/50 BPV and part vent to atmosphere which is very prominent with a intake. People think I have a BoV.
2019 is way louder than the previous years - can hear it with the windows up even.
might be a hardware change and thus why tuning is different or requires additional tools. I did not find it much louder with/without an aftermarket intake.

I've been hearing it too. Though I just picked up my 2019 C43.
With the windows down, I find it's most noticeable when you have it in manual mode keeping the revs low. If I let it go to about 3-4k RPM, I can definitely hear the turbo whistle and blow.
Wasn't too sure so I had a buddy ride in passenger and he could hear it as well.
