Is there a rev limiter in neutral and park? I dont think it goes past like 4kish?

Is there a way to make any pops and crackles as you drive without actually increasing the speed? Like the way exotics do to show off lol

Nope. Except your car is equipped with bucking show when you mess up on S+ on 1st or 2nd gear. So you can use that when you goto exotic meets.

I remembered so i decided to try it again yesterday.... is it only me or how come I cant rev past ~4k in neutral or park?

You can't rev your engine very high without a load because free-reving an engine is one of the worst things you can do to it. The manufacturer is trying to limit damages to an engine that it warrantees. (at least this is what multiple high-end engine builders , and my dad, have told me for years)
