Anyone have a 2020 c43 with a Eurocharged tune?

I talked to them recently, they said I would need a new tune module, I don't remember the name of it (but not an ECU from what I understood). But you buy a new one from EC that they get from mercedes, and they send it to you, and walk you through how to install. That is if you can't go into a shop. They said it is way more complicated with the 2020+ and you can no longer flash tune with the handheld tuners. The quote I got was around $3,000....

what kind of gains are we talking with this new tuning method? How much HP-TQ?
