Bms intake?
Hi guys new member here, I've had the c43 for 3 weeks now, The car has a stage 2 tune, full exhaust system, and k&n filter installed. Currently i am planning on getting an intake for my c43. Does anybody have experience using the bms intake? Previous owner has a mst performance intake installed on the car but was taken off almost immediately since he said it caused huge loss of power in high speed. Any info would be appreciated thanks!

Wow really bad ***! Love it! I replaced my MST with BMS. If you look close, I kept the MST heat box bottom lol! I like it and you can definitely hear it.

@JonathanJoestar One of the main reasons for the power loss is because the filters sit right on top of the hottest part of the engine (the turbos) so at speed when the engine is working its hardest and emitting the most heat, the intakes are sucking in that hot radiating air. We are coming out with an air intake that sits in front of the engine bay and will be sealed up against the hood...away from the turbos.
This will suck air from the the coolest part of the car (the front).
shoot us an email at logosengineering@yahoo.com and we will forward you prototype pictures!

He must of had the old MST before they redesigned it, because mine is much faster at high speeds and I’ve had both intakes. Sounds (IMO) and runs (0-100 was better all 5 times) better with the MTS. Less heat soak

MST Air Intake install
Hey guys new to the site. I just installed the v2 of the MST air intake on my 2018 C43. Made sure the negative cable was removed when I installed them, after install took it for a drive and my car was not pushing more then 150hp and 200 torque.
also the boost was showing wide open even if the car was stopped. Check engine light came on after a few miles with codes P1189 and P1191. Once that happened put everything back reset the CEL and installed my old original intake and car runs fine again. I find this sort of impossible to mess up the install since it's literally a few pieces.
Have you guys ever experienced anything like thjs?
