As far as regular services are concerned not sure, but one way to check is to compare the cost of the prepaid maintenance packages for both the C43 and C63/S. That gives you an idea of how they compare. The C63 does have more mainteance items such as the locking rear differential. They used to have the prices on their website, but I can't find them at a quick glance. Maybe they are somewhere else now, but you can call your dealership to get a quote. Aside from scheduled maintenance there are wear items such as brakes and tires. They cost more for the C63 as the brakes and tires are bigger and don't last as long. My brakes were worn at about 18k miles and I need new front tires about every 8k miles. The rear tires seem to last longer interestingly. I still have about half left after 12k miles on the current set. I replaced my original PSS rear tires with the PS4S before they were worn, so I don't know yet how many miles I'm gonna get out of them. The C63 has very aggressive camber in the front and seems the toe setting goes out easily, so they wear faster. I already needed two alignments in two years. I'll find out if this time it holds better and I get more miles out of the current front tires, but consumables is basically where it is. Not to mention that the C63 will drink a lot more petrol depending on how you drive.

You just answered a lot of my questions and more thank you. A pending sell fail through on a C43 I was looking at. I'm considering A C63 as it's only around $10k more for same year and mile range. I don't mind the price gap as long as It doesn't come round to bite me with maintenance gouging.

I have both 2021 C43 and C63S equally optioned cars (as you may already know) -- I bought 2 yr pre-paid maintenance plans on both vehicles and the plans were the same price (from different dealerships no less). Yes there is a one time 2,000 mile rear differential service on the 63S, however it's covered under the pre-paid maintenance. Other than that, both cars get the same A and B service every 10K miles. As for wear items, I would have to say that the 63S does visibly show much more brake dust on the front wheels under similar driving characteristics -- but that's the only thing I notice as a stand out difference between the two cars. The other thing to consider will be tires - the 63S has 20" rear and "racier" compound tires all around - whereas the 43 has 19" run flats - I feel the 63S tire wear will be quicker.....and yes, the fuel mileage is of course better on the 43, but not deal killer better.....you gotta pay to play right

Brakes are significantly different, especially if the C63 has ceramic.

That's not correct. The rear differential service is at regular intervals. I don't quite remember the interval but I believe it's every 30k miles. The transmission also has a service interval on the C63. Since it has a wet startup clutch instead of a torque converter, there is friction material from the clutch that collects in the fluid/filter over time, so the transmission needs regular fluid changes. Don't 100% remember for the C43, but I don't believe it needs a transmission service. First 2 years are pretty much the same yes, but other items become due the older the cars get.

Yep, I misspoke, I should have said there's a break in service for the rear diff at 2000 miles Thanks!

I know the C43 comes with forged pistons. Does the C63 by chance come with forge pistons and rods?

Rear diff service is only at 30k miles for newer cars, I'm not sure what year the recommendation was changed. Older cars were recommended to be changed at ~2000 miles. There are numerous discussions in the c63 section regarding the topic.
