I plan on getting the valves to my FI exhaust fixed. As of right now they are always in the closed position. I love the sound of open and never put it in close so I figured I might as well disconnect the vacuum line until I get it fixed. I was wondering if there are any other recommendations to put valves in open position and/or if this is not a good idea?
Please help with suggestion on how to do this

the default position is in the open position. Just disconnect the vacuum line. When i ran the FI exhaust I didnt even install the controller or anything, they were always open.
