Aiming Multibeam LED-how ?

After a stupid deer incident, my left front headlight was replaced. These are the Multibeam LED's......and the new one is functionally operational but way mis-aimed, the left cutoff is far too low.

I looked for a screw but it appears that I own a car where I can't even adjust the level of the headlamps. The normal LED lights have a screw in the back, but the Multibeams appear to need a dealer only machine and computer hookup.

Is this correct ? In a normal world a screwdriver or allen, a 90 degree wall, some chalk, and done. Has anyone attempted to do this ?

I miss the ability to buy a shop manual.

Thanks.

If you are from Canada, and likely the US as well, there is a grey hex screw that you can turn to adjust the headlight level up and down. It looks like this:

There is another screw that controls the horizontal movement. However, it is locked with a "permanent" cap due to regulations which prevents you from adjusting them (unless you remove it with tools):

Question: Does anyone have access to the instructions how to aim the multi beams ? My body shop has lined up an appointment with a local dealer (bonus intel found, which local benz shops "are BS" and which ones are good) and it's getting done next week. I'm willing to pay for this information, but the star tek site is a lot of work for three pages of how -to. It requires putting the car on a rack and using a Hella device to aim, and both highs and lows are aimed, which makes sense given the precision they exhibit when beam forming in Rest Of World (and Canada) mode. Hella has a few videos on YouTube which are informative, but not precise. Thanks !

Oh, for the days you waited till night, found a local 90 degree angle in a parking lot, brought chalk, and made lines...with a further "light the trunk lid but not the interior of the car ahead" tweak.

The multi beams in full ILS spec, though are a true game changer, and USDOT regs need to be modified.....
