I put a MST air intake and RaceChip on my C450 and I run 93 through it at all times. My snap crackle and pop are gone except for MAYBE 1-2 small ones that a Yugo could probably make. Anyone know if the air intake and or RaceChip would be the problem? I like the popping sometimes when I’m screwing with a car or whatever, but I don’t act like a rodeo clown and make it pop everytime I slowed down lol. So does anyone know if these mods are the reason? I figured it had to be since the car is in excellent shape and hasn’t had one problem so far except brake pads, tires and oil changes. Also, will the RaceChip throw the CEL even after a year of being on there?
