C43 weak 0-60mph
Hi my C43 (2019) is lacking power, my 0-60 runs are constantly around 5.2secs which is weaker than anything I’ve seen and I can feel that the 30-60 is where the power is lacking. I know it because I’ve been driving C43s since 2017. The 0-30 is fine.
I get this time even when launching with foot on the brake and with the car empty.
I have an appointment soon for a transmission check (gear 2 and 4 having issues) what else can I point out to maybe fix this issue?
My tires are almost brand new, contisportcontact 5 SSR.

My transmission sometimes fail to shift from 1 to 2 in time. It reaches the good rpm then I feel like the car isn’t accelerating for fraction of a second then shifts to the 2 and giving a hard hit, also the loud bang that usually happens from the exhaust doesn’t happen at all.
But that a rare case and when it shifts perfectly I still get the same time so

What is the voltage when fully charged and what is the voltage when engine is off?
