stage 1 eurocharged tune
I have a stage 1 eurocharged tune and handheld but I have sold the vehicle. Is there anything I can do with it or is it now just a paperweight? I know that the handhelds become vin locked.

If something is locked to the car and you sold the car, for you or anyone else it's a paperweight. Best just give it to the person who bought the car.

Unless I'm completely wrong than someone can correct me.
