LED Mercedes Star

Hey everyone, i have a 2017 c43 AMG and I’m trying to install the led Mercedes emblem and I’ve routed everything but I’m having issues with figuring out which fuse to wire it to. Everyone on YouTube has wired it to the 105 fuse but it’s not working on mine. I’m trying to have it turn on whenever the headlights are turned on. I’ve tried connecting it to the 108 and 110 fuses which are the headlights but the led star stays on perminately on those two fuses.

Anyone have the led star on theirs and know which fuse to connect it to?

That was one of the videos i referenced in the post. He has a blue fuse in 105. I don’t, not sure if it’s because his is a c300, but that’s the source of my issue

Thanks for your follow up. I see, his videos are my go to for small mods hence why I shared it. Sorry to hear that it didn't work for you. Would help us (me and other forum members) to figure out what might be the reason why it doesn't work if you to attach an image of the fuse box, if not I will need to check my vehicle next time I drive to compare it to the C 300 in the video and tell you my findings. Is the illuminated star an OEM one or an aftermarket one?
In the mean time, hopefully someone else chimes in.

Someone in the c43 AMG FB group suggested i try another fuse and said it’s working on his. Going to try it later today and I’ll update it here if someone’s interested to know for their car. I’ve attached the pics here.

I see, good to hear that you found a solution yourself, sorry I wasn't helpful. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.
