2018 C43 EUROCHARGED STAGE 1 ECU OIL CHANGE FREQ.
Hey everyone
I just got a Eurocharged stage 1 ecu tune on my 2018 C43.
The guy at eurocharged said I just get an oil change done every 5000k. I found that very excessive.
Does anyone else have a stage 1 tune? if so how often do you get oil changes done?
Also do you think the quality of oil makes a huge difference? Should i 100% get Motul oil in or Mobil 1 should be fine?

Mercedes recommended frequency for oil changes is still applicable for a tuned c43. I have was tuned at stage 1 for a year and now stage two for over a year and have lived my this advise. The only caveat I will add is to continually check your dipstick to confirm oil level is appropriate (which does not really have anything to do with being tuned or not).

As mentioned before, stick with Mercedes recommended intervals and you can switch oils if you want or you can use Mercedes recommended oil, it's up to you. There's very Few benefits in the grand scheme of things between the oils for general consumers. They all have to meet the same standard testing some have a few more detergents or a few more additives than the other but there is nothing wrong with sticking with Mercedes branded oil since it meets those same requirements.
THANKS FOR THE HELP!!
