Jb4 question

There are a lot of tunes that don't remove the limiter, especially among the ones that are "tamer". We all know the M340i is easily faster than the C43 when both are bone stock. Take a look at this M340i thread with quarter mile times. You'll have to roll about halfway down the first page to get to cars that are stock. Ignore the cars that are modified:

Your car is running as fast or faster than the stock cars there. As for getting a car CPO, with a tune, that has definitely happened before. Here's a thread from this site on exactly that issue:

Getting a used MB with a tune, that’s a nice surprise!

Yeah that's quicker than stock for sure. I'm running a Dinan Tune on my C450 which is just more of an entry thing and my best logged time on Dragy was 4.39 for 0-60. Either that or your car is an anomaly.

BMS went through my logs when I wasn’t getting the improvement I wanted, and they said my boost levels looked proper on map 0 and improved on map 2.
so who knows what’s going on

They didn't mention any fuel data or any other aspects of making more power? They say (even boast with pride?) on their web site that they're not a simple boost increasing system, but that they take many more aspects into account to create a harmonious (my word) solution to increasing power. I don't have a JB4, but am looking into it and reading a lot of threads on it. I would think that they could tell from your map 0 data if you had a tune because the boost, fuel, air, throttle position and other sensors, related to speed, would give it away. (Actually, your 0-60 and 1/4 mile give it away!) That's an assumption on my part, but it makes sense. Maybe they don't measure vehicle speed in their logs, or other things that would be telltale signs of an over-performing engine vs. stock. It seems to me that that is their whole business.

Guess & check
just like 3rd grade math.
Mph is on the logs but I’ve heard the logs aren’t a good 0-60 or 1/4 mile timer.
It is strange how there is such a wide range of results that imo should all be much closer.
but then I guess my car shouldn’t have run the 0-60
Times that it has 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤣🤣
