I have a combined average of just over 15 mpg over the last 3 years of ownership (tuned for virtually all three years, running an e30 gas blend and with primarily non-freeway driving).
Similar mileage as forum member C43HeartBoost but untuned but flooring it a lot of times, but mines a C 43 with the 9G if OP is specifically asking for the C 450 with the 7G, my information might not be helpful. In that case, I am sorry about that.
8.3 L/100 KM over 3 years and 20k miles, about 28 MPG..Probably 60/40 mix in favour of highway vs city..No tracking, but a few flat out runs to triple digit (MPH) to keep the pipes clean. 93 octane when I have it available..94 octane once in a while..never less than 91

Here's my contribution (from Road Trip app): 2017 C43 sedan with top-end RaceChip always set to most aggressive setting and car normally driven with powertrain in sport and I'd guess about 50/50 in-town (but not too much stop 'n go type traffic) vs highway driving (typically averaging about 104 kph [almost 65 mph]).
So, can you identify the mileage on track days? $;-))
The nice/high-mileage spikes are for fills on long (1K+ km) highway trips, normally involving traversing the rocky mountains. Prairie/flat-road highway driving can produce 35 mpg.
