This was my first time recording an install. Our platform desperately needs more instructions and videos for DIY so here is mine
I Installed CTS 200 Cell downpipes on my 2021 C43 amg coupe with the PE. Followed by a sound clip ( where i did have a small leak). If i had to do it over again I would leave the flange that is connected to the turbo housing by the V clamp in place and would just remove the 2 13mm bolts that hold the cat to the flange. This would have saved me hours of work because the V clamp is a SOB to line back up. There isnt much tolerance when lining the clamp up either, also frustrating.
All the bolts were 13mm or 8mm.
In short,
Remove intakes, disconnect both 02 sensors, remove heat shield bolts, remove upper v clamp ( done at top of car)
Under the car: remove skid plates (8mm bolts), loosen Exhaust hanger near flex pipe, remove two bolts for the downpipe brackets, remove lower V clamp.
Done
Re install, start with the flange, then downpipes. The rest is all reverse order and very simple.
After a few days of driving, i like the 200 cell DP better than catless, as the sound does not get raspy until 5000+ RPM under load. Its also not too loud either if you arent going crazy. But down shift in S+ and put your foot down, the car sings down the road!
I have BMS intakes (will be replaced soon)
JB4 with boost controller
Cheers

Great write up, love the vulgarity too, makes it real!
When you get a chance, grab a video driving too. Sounds great.
What exhaust do you have?

I went from being happy and saying it was easy, until i started the battle with the V clamp. The frustration and confusion came out. Didn't realize until watching the videos back haha
I have just the factory performance exhaust now with the CTS downpipes

Those upper clamps are for sure a PITA if you are working by yourself. First time i installed mine i worked at it for like 2hrs before grabbing a neighbor to hold and align from the bottom while i worked the V bands by the turbos.
Then I got a crack in the driver side and had to R&R that one, needed the wife to hold it this time and she had a few choice words from under the car. She wasnt a fan of the itch from the DP fiber heat wrap either lol.

I do have CEL on. from what i read the 200 cell is 50/50 for throwing the code. Maybe based on the health on the factory cats. Since mine were new it threw it way off. Tried clearing it with JB4 but it came back
