Anyone have a good brake pad retailer? There has to be a good aftermarket pad company that sells ceramic pads for less then the oem pads that mercedes wants $200 for.

Not specifically ceramic pads, but check out FCP Euro. They offer brake kits etc. and even OE parts at lower prices. They also have lifetime replacement. Buy it once, then send back the worn part and you get a refund.
