Screen Black out and Centre Control Panel not working
My C43 screen blackout today, centre control unit does not work at all, which means the car is stuck in comfort mode. Anyone can help on this? Thank you..

Do u have digital dash?
I had a ‘19 where my screen kept restarting and sometimes would go off. Dealer told me they did a software update and it was resolved.
I didn’t have the digital cluster but the digital screen between Speedo & tach went out and was replaced.
never had issues with center council. But possibly a fuse issue there?

Just to be sure, have you cycled the screen on and off by depressing the console mounted volume control?
